When I got to country inn and suites by Radisson. It was extremely difficult to get to, the hotel was under construction but they still allowed guests to stay. The room was nice but no amenities were offered due to the construction except coffee. Brian was very helpful and has informed me that the hotel was now Travelodge, not Country Inn and suites by Radisson which was totally confusing especially when I called the number on the website to schedule and it took me to a 3rd party that answered a country inn and suites.
Totally unacceptable! When I made reservations they did not tell me it was under total renovation. It should be closed! Walked thru construction to even FIND the check in. It was 10:00 and too late to EVEN go somewhere else. I am reporting to Better Business Bureau. Room was unacceptable. TV didn’t work. No breakfast accommodations, homeless hanging out around construction. RIDICULOUS. I need a full refund! I know that won’t happen but it should!
The room was nice, all was fine.
Room was clean and plenty spacious.
Water conservation, all CFL bulbs, glass plates, glasses, mugs and silverware for breakfast to reduce plastic and styrofoam in landfills.
