The room was clean and well maintained, the view was decent, the bed was very comfortable, the front desk was very polite.
Starting from the check in this experience was all around horrible. The booking was a king bed with breakfast. My senior parent went to their room and were met with a double bed. When asked the front desk informed them that this was a standard bed size. Upon further investigation it was printed on the bed sheet "double size, specially made for crown plaza queen size". After being met with extreme disrespect from the front desk staff, my parents had no choice but to stay in the room where my father fell off the bed in the middle of the night. The next morning at breakfast, they were told that their names were not on the list. My parents had to go back to the front desk to get them to explain to the restaurant staff about their booking. The sheer disrespect, lack of communication and zero customer service, would make someone never go near this hotel again. The staff are poor trained and the quality of the hotel was abysmal.
My stay was exceptional the rooms were clean the bathrooms were updated the concierge and the front desk receptionist were very professional and friendly I give this hotel five stars.
