We love staying at this hotel central to everything that we need. Restaurants were amazing. Service was amazing.

Clean Rooms
The valet parking service is outstanding. Registration was efficient and easy. The room appointments were lovely. In general, the casino atmosphere was calm.
Booked non smoking room. They gave me smoking room. Had to go back down to switch room. Housekeeping staff unfriendly. Towel hanging on bathroom door was heavily stained.
I will recommend the Eldorado to my friends.

Charging for early check in and late check out is tacky. Was always free and good customer service.
