I will not forget the comfort of the sleep and the cleanliness of the place, as well as the warm welcome and the calm atmosphere of the hotel. It truly made us feel relaxed and comfortable. I sincerely thank the hotel management and all the staff.
The hotel was very clean with more upscale furnishings, which made the stay feel a bit elevated. The staff was courteous and professional.
The room was comfortable w/a great shower and good bed. I tried the restaurant first evening, sandwiches were good. A great location for accessing zoo, museums, etc.
After making a little mistake of putting wrong date of stay they refused to change date without taking a second payment when payment was already made.. no refunds Either.. I Just wanted to change date of stay but they couldn't do that and I ended up loosing my money! Sorry not a good review.

This was our 2nd stay at thee Double Tree. Everyone is so friendly there! La VIDA restaurant is great! Try the glazed salmon or the blackened chicken alfredo with salad! It's pet friendly so Luna our Lab can go with us. We look forward to returning. Larry and Yoli A.
