This was my first time staying at an Embassy Suites. The hotel was easy to get to. Everyone was very professional and helpful. The breakfast was awesome.
The hotel is in a great location. The staff and front desk are kind and accommodating. The breakfast and cocktail hour is a special treat. It is my favorite hotel to stay when I visit Louisville.

This place was very nice. The daily breakfast was excellent as well as the complimentary happy hour. The only downer was we cut short our stay from five nights to three and they didn't waive the charge for the two nights, even though the front desk clerk said they would.
Stayed here for a conference at KICC. Nice walk to the arena. Breakfast was good and rooms were nice.
Our suite had very little furniture in it. The cleanness was subpar. When I called the desk they said they were renovating that’s why we had minimal furniture. I would have expected them to tell me this when I booked the room or even before I received my key. This is the second time this year I sent good money at this property and the decline in overall facility upkeep is disappointing.
Hotel smelled noticeably fresh upon entrance. Room seemed pristine.
