Our room was very clean and comfortable. Front desk staff welcoming and accommodating. Particularly enjoyed talking with Marissa. She was attentive and efficient with very pleasant personality. This was my second stay. Plan to return whenever visiting Roanoke. View is beautiful also!

Our room was horrible. Clean but fan in bathroom was broken, no USB ports for charging phones. Room looked very old and stained chair in bedroom. We were charged $270. O0 due to the reservation desk phone rolling to Expedia without our knowledge. They gave us camp breakfast and were very nice but we feel should have a partial refund. We are initially from Roanoke and had to return for a family funeral.

The hotel is real nice and our stay was good. Breakfast was awesome and the waitstaff was superior.
Unfortunately, I could not adjust the air flow and it was downright cold and uncomfortable. Otherwise, room was great; the view marvelous, even if the canopy obscured part of the view. Surprised that no free breakfast was offered.
