We stayed overnight because I had to have an early morning procedure done at Erlanger Baroness Hospital. The Comfort Inn was a great place to stay. It was very quiet even though it is located downtown. The check in was quick. I skinned my elbow on the car door on the way in and was given a bandaid by the clerk. Our stay was just a very nice experience. We will definitely stay again.
Hotel front desk personnel was very friendly and helpful.
In route to the hotel our gps stopped working. The front desk clerk, Gary Johnson, stayed on the phone with us and guided us to the hotel front door. He was kind, courteous and definitely knows the city. He allowed us to hold on while he handled a check in customer. And, unfortunately, there was also a very rude guest, whose behavior was disrespectful to say the least. He maintained a calm, professional and courteous demeanor through it all. Mr. Johnson was a God send. He made our experience at your facility exceptional. This is the only facility we will use when in Chattanooga.
