I love it here. But I will say that my shower was freezing no matter what I did. I was upgraded to a suite and no extra charge. Well I'm thankful.

The service staff was excellent and attentive. Exceptional! Thank you.

The rooms were very nice and comfortable. The hotel was clean and staff were friendly.

It was very unexpected and appreciated to get a room upgrade.

I went to Pala for the first time and had a wonderful stay. The hotel room was very nice, clean and just the right size. Casino was really nice. Food was also good. It was a great hideaway casino and then some.

What a great place to stay everybody was very professional and kind and fun.. great atmosphere at the poolside every restaurant.. the gambling all the servers were awesome the bartenders.. totally awesome we recommended anybody.. I'll be back there in two weeks I like the early check in also..

Great Time

Very Enjoyable. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

You really don't want to hear it.

One of our sinks kept getting clogged, our toilet would take forever to flush and our bath tub wouldn’t fill, the water kept draining even though we pressed the stopper.

People were so nice, food great

At checking we were asked if we wanted daily room service and we said yes because we like our trash emptied, coffee, cream etc. replenished, towels, bed made, etc. In the four nights we spent here room service came only once causing us to have to call daily for our coffee, creamer, sugar, etc and we had to put our trash outside the room door. We were disappointed about this and cannot remember another hotel we stay at doing the same thing. Hence, poor communication causing disappointment and unnecessary calling for needs supplies we paid for. Otherwise we loved The Palace Casino experience and were part of a wedding party.

Overall we were very pleased with the experience. We were not happy to walk the entire length of the casino when we followed buffet signs only to find it was still under construction.

This place is fantastic. They’re a little overdone about the smoking policy. Employees are constantly looking at your things to see any sign that you’re smoking so they can charge you 1000 bucks. We did have smoke a bowl items, but we did not smoke them in our room we went outside to our car and locked our car. The place is very clean and beautiful and the staff is amazingly courteous and helpful.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful!

Room is large, design nicely and great place to sleep. Swimming pool is closed and no fitness center so that was a disappointment.

No hot water for the three nights we stayed. At best, it was just warm enough that you could almost stand in the shower. Hotel’s resolution waiving a 20 dollar resort fee and telling us to give it ten mins to “warm up”. Other than that it was what you would typically expect at a casino hotel. Mostly clean, good security and constant smell of stale smoke and regret. The no hot water makes it a no for me dawg.

Rooms and bathrooms very clean. Large and comfy beds. Coffee station nicely stocked and convenient location.

Your staff is poorly trained, customer service at your front desk is disgusting. Worst experience.
