Reservation Support lies and states they are the hotel when you call. When they asked me if I wanted to pay $83 for reservation cancellation, I knew they were a scam. I cancelled the reservation with them and got another one thru Bookings. Com. Reservation Support charged me for the reservation despite the fact that I cancelled it almost immediately after speaking to them. Reservation Support is a third party reservation SCAM. Beware.
