Hotel was great, lots of parking, really cool rooms, but it was the woman who greeted us that sealed this as five star. She was so kind and accommodating. First time in Montreal and we had a lot of questions and she was so helpful and patient. Really appreciate the beautiful view across the street too.
Visited as a Shriner and thank you for what you do for our Shriners Children!

We loved our room and our stay.
Excellent and clean room. Nice bathroom with awesome shower products with argon oil. Unfortunately, there was too much street noise from the 6th floor and loud guests as well. It would be nice to have a noise dampener installed on the bottom of the front main door of the room. A kettle would be nice for making tea. Housekeeping staff are amazing and hardworking! Enjoyed our stay here. Thank you!
