We had a very nice clean room. Comfortable. Nice friendly people at the front desk. Close to the Airport Passenger Terminal!

Friendly staff and good breakfast spread. Was wanting to stay at the everspring suites and did not realize they are different until I arrived. Names should be more clear to help identify. Upon check in room smelled bad and was very musty. Purchased air fresheners shortly after arrival to cover the smell. Entire hotel looks like a remodel that wasn't finished. Shower curtain was not at proper level so after first shower a large puddle of water was on the floor. Not a fan of the toilet being partially under the counter and the seat not staying up. By the end of stay room was out of kleenex and toilet paper which I don't think should ever happen, especially when we got room service the day before. Rooms also not very sound proof, especially at keeping noise out from hallway. Just overall seemed like the company is having financial troubles and can't say I would stay there again. Lastly friends of ours has a person walk into their room at five a.m. because the front desk gave them a key as their system showed the room was open.
