The breakfast was very limited. The hallways were hot. Housekeeping never cleaned the room or made the beds but they would take the towels every day and not leave any clean ones.
I needed a first floor room due to being disable. They tried to put me on the 2nd floor with no elevator. I am disable and can not climb steps. They acted like I was crazy when I told them I can not climb steps. I need an elevator They said we don't have an elevator. I had to tell her it is against the disability act to not provide me with handicapped accessibility and if she couldn't then I would go somewhere else. Then contact my attorney on Monday morning for discrimination. She decided to switch my room after a 30 minute wait. Breakfast was terrible muffins was ice cold. Like they just took them out if refrigerator. I give it maybe a one star.
