Room was fine. Front desk needs more staff.
We expected more from a Wyndham property. Lights weren’t working, freezer frozen over, outlets were broken, flooring transition from bathroom to hall missing, tiles broken WiFi spotty, mattress uncomfortable. Price was too high for what we got. Customer service on day we arrived was poor, on check out it was much better.
It was a last minute booking and I should have done better research. Ants all over room, grease on walls in bathroom and room. Stains on sheets and bedspread. Blood on toilet seat and toilet not clean. Hairs in shower and sink. This hotel was more like a slum. Chipped tiles in transition under door and smelled. Never stay here.
