Carpet in room was nasty.
only had less than a half roll of toilet paper. the shower control was inoperable, either cold only or hot only: could not mix. had to get key cards reprogrammed three times.
The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
The room was very nice for the money paid. I would stay here again. However, the entrance to the hotel was extremely confusing.

After booking me into a non existing room on January 6th and refusing to not run the charge, I called on the 16th to check the status of my refund. The agent said that they could not provide the amount of the refund and that it would be another 10 to 14 days before I would see it post to my account. I was advised the refund was being handled by their escalations Department that only corresponds by email.
