This was our third time to stay at this hotel.We arrived the night before (after driving for 15 1/2 hours)our original planned check in day. They were very nice and eagerly provided us with our room. The room was very spacious and clean. It was a first floor room and was very quiet. We were there for five days/4 nights. The room was only cleaned on one of those days after we requested it. The only time we were provided with clean towels ,was when my husband requested them. The breakfast was good and hot. The biggest complaint I have, was right outside of our door the carpet was torn appx 10 to 12 inches in length that ran parallel to the door. The edge of itwas rolled up and made it very easy to get your foot stuck and trip you. We were careful each time we exited the room to avoid tripping. Our son and his partner had a room on the fourth floor. It was very spacious and clean.
Wonderful stay. I have no complaints. The staff, cleanliness, breakfast and experience were great!
