Nice view and a great spot on river street close to everything and good customer service.
Special shout out to Darnell and Lamont in Valet. They were awesome! Very helpful and attentive! They made our stay even better. Everytime we past them they even remembered us making small conversation. I had a lady who was handicapped and needed handicapped parking. They exceeded our expectations! Would definitely return. Also the complementary wine and appetizers were a bonus as well.

the problem we had was with the valet parking, price was $50.00 a day, we never moved our car, but at check out, we were charged a destination fee, with taxes, we were never told about this.

Loved our stay, everyone was very nice and helpful. The outdoor patio at restaurant was very nice as was the entertainment. Love Hyatt.
Wonderful experience. Wonderful service from valet, bellman, front desk. An architecturally beautiful building with a great staff. The breakfast buffet and the staff working that restaurant were so attentive. Great room and the bed was made for a good night's sleep.
