Exceptional Care
The desk staff was extremely helpful when I arrived to check in. Mercedes was very informative in explaining the availability and preparation for my room. She also assisted in my transition as I had a reservation for an additional night stay. The staff overall provided and maintained a professional posture, as I witnessed their transactions with other guests. I commend them on their patience and professionalism!

Hotel was very clean. Staff was friendly. Nice area.
This hotel was spacious and had a large amount of amenities. If you can be patient, you will have everything provided to you. During my particular stay, there seemed to be staffing shortages.For example: A gift called in and ordered for us by my boss never arrived to our room, even after calling them to let them know we were ready to receive it. Additionally, the wait staff were all very pleasant, but seemed over indexed with the amount of guests staying. There was an amazing server at Circ Bar, Ed. He was busting his tail to take care of all of the guests and did so graciously. I would stay here again, but I hope when I do, there are more staff members to attend to the needs of the guests.

I booked my room by calling in person to marriott.when I checked in they told me I was booked also through Expedia I have never booked any through them .Can you tell me how this happened? Only one room was used but two paid for.
Marriott Downtown allowed us to check in early and after running a half marathon in town they allowed us a later check out so we could shower before heading home!
