While checking in, we were asking the host about rates and another host steps in saying you got the best rate. First, it was rude to cut off the person and secondly, it did not answer our questions. I did not want the first floor, but when I saw there may be an opportunity to be next to the pool, I asked and the host response was that would be on the first floor. Yes, I understand that but if it keeps me closer to the kids and accessibility is better, I may be open to it. Need better customer service and friendliness. House keeper extremely helpful and friendly. Faith at the Bistro was welcoming and friendly. There was hair in the box of fries when delivered to the table. She was apologetic and could see she felt bad. She was amazing. She kept checking on us and asking if we needed anything.
