Great service and staff are helpful and polite. Clean rooms and convenient location. This was my second stay and will plan to continue to use this facility in the future.
Lady at the front desk was awesome when we checked in. The hotel was very clean and beds were comfortable.
My husband is a leg amputee. He cannot jump over into a bath tub. So we were told we had a roll in tub room. It was dirty( you could write your name on the bath mirror. No towels, no soap, no light in the bathroom. Had to use a nightstand lamp. Fridge was grossly dirty and was unplugged. We had items to put in but had to wait till chilled. I complain to the staff at the best western but they said I had to go through the party were I booked the room. The fact the location was unprepared for us is not a booking issue. The fact it was dirty is not a booking issue. The fact there was not lighting or hair dryer in the bathroom is not a booking issue. I am never ever staying there or any best western again.
