Dirty room/not vacuumed/dirty floor in bathroom. Locked out of the hotel, day two frt. desk only activated keys for first night?? No svc. to room for three days, I understand the policy, but I had to ask for coffee supplies/trash bags/toilet paper, which shouldn't happen, maid service couldn't reach in and empty the trash can daily/check the room? Breakfast was marginal/I think they served left overs on 3rd morning, exact same items. We returned because our first stay last year was so enjoyable. I can't say what happened, but our overall stay was somewhat disappointing this time. We like the location and quite but it's the service this time that we question.

Room rates comparison with others show big differences in the same type of room. Breakfast was terrible.

I was very dissatisfied with the rushed service provided by Hotel Lodging that does scheduling for Days Inn. The bill was higher than I was told it would be and what the receipt showed. IF I did business with Days Inn it would be through the front desk and not the contracted scheduler.
