We have been staying at one of the hotels across the street and after one stay at Embassy Suites we decided that we would no longer return to the other hotel and would stay at ES during our future visits to Moffitt. I wish we would have tried E. Suites sooner. Clean, cheery hotel and a very friendly and helpful staff.

I was assigned a handicap room (?) and when I showered the water flooded all over the bathroom and outside the bathroom. It became a fall risk. I did not have enough towels to mop the floors. No one recommended changing rooms until the day we left. I did ask for points but never heard back. I'll never stay at the hotel again.
It was amazing. All problems were handled quickly.

Not the best experience by far. I would not recommend this location to friends or family.
Checked in New Years Day. Went right into the bar to watch college football. Bar server, Josie took fabulous care of my husband and me. We ate delicious dinner in the restaurant. I ordered the salmon, and my husband had the Cuban sandwich and fries. Our waitress, Tory, was very attentive considering she was taking orders in the restaurant as well as the bar area. Our king size bed mattress was soft but rather lumpy. The suite we booked was very clean and spacious. We will definitely book another night or two in Tampa in the future.
Overall this is my first visit to an Embassy Suites hotel. It was pleasurable.
