The room was very clean and comfortable. The Plough restaurant was very good staff very attend.
Stayed here for a wedding. The hotel had our room ready hours ahead of check in (huge plus). Hotel was very clean, rooms were very nice and comfortable. Will stay here again.

My stay was wonderful. The room was ready before 4. It was nice to go into your room after a long drive. Every staff member I came in contact with from the front desk, housekeeper and bartender were professional and helpful. Thanks for making my day so pleasant.

It was lovely getting away to Amish country and getting to stay in a hotel as welcoming as the Marriott. Hannah and Roman were exceptionally helpful and I would hope they are receiving the appropriate compensation for their quality of service. Thank you again for the wonderful stay for both myself and my growing family. We hope to return soon!
The hotel itself was excellent. I would definitely stay there again on visit to Lancaster, Pa. However, Raymond or Ramond at the front desk was horrible. He did not say hello, I had to ask him to repeat himself several times: especially about parking, even after telling him this is my first stay at the hotel. He was not helpful at all. It seemed as though he had an attitude because he was working. Provided no information about the hotel, I overheard what the other receptionist was telling the other paying customers like myself. I was there for conference and this was not a great way to start off.
Can't wait to do it again.

You cannot go wrong choosing the Marriott downtown Lancaster. It is in the hub of the city. The room and staff are excellent on top of everything.
We were in town for a wedding (not held at the hotel.) Stayed for two nights. Front desk and service staff were friendly and attentive. We stayed in the East Tower. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was for comfortable to me and the fitted sheet was too small for the bed.
