What impressed me most was the staff. They were all friendly and warm, very good at their jobs but down to earth nice! The room was clean, bed comfortable,the food excellent for breakfast and dinner and the location was perfect. May need some updating but I'll take friendly, caring staff and safe, secure location any time over just good decor. It was very quiet, despite being a pet friendly hotel. And the prices were extremely reasonable too!Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful and brand new hotel.
I would like to begin by saying the front desk and cafeteria staffed saved this trip for me and those with me. They were outstanding and went above the call of duty to try to help. With that said, though the room was more than adequate, the cleaning, trash removal and towel supply was non existent. We spent three nights and not one time was our room cleaned. Trash was running over by the time we left and we reused towels for three days. We went to the front desk on two occasions and were only able to get two wash cloths. There were no clean towels either time. This is totally unacceptable for a Hilton! I will be hard pressed to stay here again.

I tried to cancel my room for tonight due to a severe wheather warnings on roads going home. I was unsuccessful.
Toilet seat broken, poor workship on tile work and flooring. Body lotion pump bottle had drip hanging from it. Refreigator rocks inside of cabinet. Paint drip on walls. Who did quality control checks on your contractor? Poor quality of work. Breakfast was ok. No dollies outfront when it came time to check out only three available at hotel.
