"Service great even though they are remodeling"

Even though there was remodeling in various places the staff was very attentive to the guests. I had a wonderful stay.

The grounds are beautifully designed with lovely flowers and trees. Very clean, friendly associates and good breakfast choices.

Last minute reservation..plans changed and needed to stay in Placerville one night. Best Western had always been our 'go to' with such situations. Won't be any longer. $377 for a night in an old facility. No elevators. Room was far from clean with an odor. Good bye Best Western.

"Bad Neighborhood"

The fire alarm went off for 30 minutes. Two firetrucks came. That night when I got back, the door going in had been broken and anybody could have come in. The staff were kind and helpful. Amenities were sparse.

I have stayed here several times and always have an enjoyable experience. I am very appreciative of your wonderful staff. Lovely peaceful mini getaway! I look forward to visiting again soon.
