Staybridge Suites Merrillville offers a variety of amenities including parking, an elevator, a gym, a pool, a restaurant, a spa, WiFi/Internet, pet-friendly accommodations, laundry facilities, non-smoking rooms, breakfast, air conditioning, a 24/7 front desk, a kitchen in each room, a business center, and meeting rooms.
I stayed six nights. Had fire alarms go off on three different nights in the middle of the night. No housekeeping last three days. Front desk did not answer calls regarding either of these. When I went to the front desk they just looked confused that I was even bothering to mention it. Could not speak to a manager and even though I left my number I have not been contacted. Left a night early, now cannot have that night refunded. Go figure.
