The staff was very nice and helpful. That is what stands out the most. The hotel was clean. Great location as well.
First of all … elevators do not work. Nothing mentioned that on booking that renovations were going on. My fridge did not work at all. Because Reno are going on all the carpets are being stored on the third floor near the ice machine so off down the steps ya go if you need ice …. Which you will need cause the fridge doesn’t work. Towels had stains and the tub looked rusted. The shower head was the worst, water. Sprays everywhere except on you.
