Reception started the entire excellent experience.. friendly, clean, positive, on boardwalk, perfection.
The hotel is beautifully redone. The Valet Out front who park the cars were absolutely amazing, very attentive, and of course the beach is beautiful.
My room 423 looked updated. My room attendant on Saturday was wonderful, I apologize for not getting her name. Maranda, who checked me in and out was extremely helpful and very professional. She greeted me with a smile and answered my questions and made me feel very welcome. She is definitely a keeper.

Great Hotel and room
No air conditioning in are room the second night ! No assistance to resolve the issue ! Aweful experience!
This is an awful hotel. The rooms are tiny and the service is awful. The description of the rooms are dishonest and they try to rip you off at every turn. The restaurants are good.
Hotel was very clean and the rooms were nice! Breakfast was delish !
The manager of the hotel upon check in as well as our 2nd day when we needed to change our room was incredibly helpful and made the change seamlessly. Front desk staff were very professional. Would definitely stay here again!
