We have stayed at Hill House before and it is always a nice place to stay. Very clean and tidy. Have never had any issues with our stay.
We had a very enjoyable stay at the Best Western in Williams AZ. Beautiful accommodations, friendly staff. As late risers, we especially liked the later 12 PM checkout time and as seniors, we liked the safety bar in the shower. A++.

For a Best Western plus not to have breakfast included quite a surprise. They wanted us to pay $10. Each. And no veterans discount. Intend it wasn't at the front desk. Had to wait for him to come.

Found this hotel on a recommendation when I tried to book at a Radisson Inn. I was forwarded this number and was set up for a two night the next day. Unfortunately, I received a call from my work detail, changing my destination to another city. I called back 20 minutes later after booking the two night stay and told him my situation. They advised me they could not help me and that it was a nonrefundable reservation. I even acknowledged that I could see they would charge me the first night. But when they charge me for the second night when I told them I would not be arriving to stay, they still charged my card for two nights. Will not deal with these type of bookings again. Unreasonable with people running into emergency changing of plans.

Clean and comfortable facility with great security.
The gentleman that works the front desk was great, the room had no remote in the room but the guy in the front desk brought me one. I found someone else’s belongings in the bottom drawer underwear and a shirt that was left behind. The door strike plate is loose coming off. The bar in the shower is loose as well. The cleaning was done everyday the beds were made. The lady that cleans the rooms had to hand walk the sheet up and down the stairs has no elevator. So I would say the building needs attention but the people are very nice and are above rating. But the rating of the building is a c rating. People are a A rating.
Very comfortable room and bed! Dog friendly. Enjoyed our stay.
