Property is maintained very well. There is a pride you can feel by the staff who work here, they enjoy what they do and it’s evident in their performance. I can’t say enough about Elliot, evening front desk clerk. He goes over and beyond to be sure your needs are met. I have always said your front desk sets the tone for the stay, well done Elliot. This was my second trip here to Richmond, I chose this hotel again because of how wonderful my last stay was. I’m a retired Wyndham GM, however this Hilton property will always be where I stay when I visit here.

Bed was very comfortable and staff was pleasant.
Had a great experience Lucky and Elliot at the front desk were very friendly and helpful; did not get the blonde bartender’s name she was also great.
Everything was very good. We were greeted with friendliness, kindness and smiles. The room was very clean and spelled very fresh.
