This hotel is easily accessible in the heart of DC, a few blocks from the White House. The staff is professional and the property is clean and easily navigable. It is where I stay when I'm in DC. Wonderful experience.

The hotel was beautiful, our room spacious and clean and the staff efficient and friendly especially Nancy in the hotel restaurant. I highly recommend staying there.

I had to cancel my trip because of the weather in Chicago. I called the hotel to tell them to cancel my reservation. I paid for insurance in case of cancellation. As of this time I still am unable to someone to answer my calls!
The staff was wonderful. From Theresa who checked me in to the restaurant staff, housekeeping staff and bellmen, it was a great experience. I have stayed here for many years and feel safe and have received wonderful care with each encounter. I highly recommend Capitol Hilton for your stay in DC. Five stars plus!
