I had a wonderful stay at Palacio del Rio. The staff was so friendly and made me feel welcome. Michael (concierge/bellman) was so helpful and gave us great recommendations for restaurants and things to do. Angel in the River Cafe was very attentive and helped me with the delicious buffet. I highly recommend this hotel!
This was my 3rd stay here this year. This property and staff never disappoint.
Best location on the riverwalk. No need to drive anywhere. Good pizza and dessert in the italian restaurant. Nice and friendly folk working there.

Staff was very nice and very Helpful..I thought I booked through the Hotel but it was a 3rd party Me and my Wife were celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary and the Hotel did something special for Us.
