I made a last minute reservation at this hotel and did get a room however, the area surrounding the hotel was not very desirable. Hotel has seen better days. Restaurant had closed during Covid pandemic and has not been reopened. Swimming pool also not open. Front desk clerks were friendly.

My room was very clean, bed and pillow were very comfortable. Some places I have stayed have thick, rock hard pillows that totally do not work for me. The pillows at the Ramada were very comfortable. I stopped by about 10:30 AM on my day of arrival, to see if early check in might be possible. There weren't any rooms ready yet, but the woman at the front desk verified my ID and payment method to make later check in faster and gave me my parking pass. When I checked in later, there was a new woman at the front desk equally as friendly and helpful as the woman in the morning. Muffins were provided for breakfast in the morning. While I am not sure what factors people look for to give a 5/5 rating, I was very pleased with my stay.

Hotel with wonderful atmosphere and clean rooms. The staff, receptionist and security were always polite and courteous. I stayed here for 10 days and it was close to Renown Hospital where my husband was. It in a brisk walk or short drive from the hospital. I loved the amenities of this hotel. Weight room, washing machines, dryer, pool, continental breakfast (fruit, muffins, coffee, tea). Family and pet friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel!
