I had a coupon voucher and picked this hotel because it was in the price range (under $80 per night) of the voucher and was pet friendly. I admit my expectations were low but needed a place to stay. I was very happy with the entire experience. The young lady who checked me in was gracious, helpful and very articulate. The room we were assigned to was right next to an entrance/exi; especially nice for dog owners. The room was clean with everything we needed. Freeway access was close as well as many food places and retail shopping options. I will definitely use the Ramada by Wyndham again when I need a hotel in Provo.
