Booked this hotel through a third party when calling for another hotel in the area to try to find a hotel that would take dogs. Had not been to this hotel before upon check in lobby seemed Okay and customer service rep was nice. Proceeded to room and room seemed In need of updating. Went into bathroom and looked up at ceiling ceiling fan was there however could see up into the ceiling with much dust accumulated. Went back out into lobby asked for a refund was told could not give one. Was given a key to another room and a separate building went into the room and saw stains on the far left corner of the wall same side of the room as TV. But what I wanted to mention before getting those keys, there was a person who was either on drugs, getting off drugs, or having withdrawals something going on with them in the lobby. Also look to be a party area behind hotel. Made attempts at trying to get a refund by calling the third party and was told it would be on a ticket. Let the front desk person know that I was not staying at the hotel. Even though a late hour around 12:30 am went and found another hotel that was an excellent condition nearby.
