I spend 1500 dollars for three night in a room with no A/C and the manager kim transfer me to another room which smaller and no view so I decided to stay at the room 3332 without A/C for three nights. they rent this room knowing that the A/C don't work and it's not acceptable.

The hotel is in a great location to the Fisherman’s Wharf, they had great games and firepits that you can roast s’mores with the family. The room its self was okay.
