Very clean and accommodating at the last minute. Free breakfast was nice and small outdoor pool was clean and fun. Highly recommend!

"Unclean Floors"

The managers of the hotel were very friendly and the accommodations were about what we expected for the price. The biggest problem we had were that the floor of the room was filthy. There was a black film on the floors. At first we thought is was cleaning residue as our shoes and bare feet were sticking to the floor. We wiped the floor with a napkin and it came up just black. We used our damp pool towels to wipe the entire room and blackened both sides of two towels. We gave those towels to staff and explained the situation and did not get much of a reaction. The next day we noticed the mop water in their mop bucket was very black and yet they were still using it to clean. Even our last night there when we got in the shower our bare feet would leave a muddy black residue in the shower. Cleaning protocol needs to improve in this hotel. We would not stay there again.
