Everything was clean, we enjoyed free breakfast. We especially enjoyed the free shuttle to downtown Traverse City restaurant. We appreciate being charged exactly what was quoted in our reservation (no hidden surprises).

This hotel room was amazing! It had a comfortable king sized bed, a great view of the bay and a soothing jetted tub in the room. The staff was helpful and friendly. We highly recommend this hotel.

We loved staying at this hotel. It was family friendly with amazing facilities. Including the cleanest facilities! The common bathrooms (lobby, pool) were sparkling clean. The pool temperature was above 80 the whole time. There is even local ice cream available for purchase in the lobby. It was amazing.

I must say that I have stayed in many a hotel over some 50 years and this one by far is the very best on the list! We had such a wonderful and restful day in a beautiful environment as well as beautiful staff. How very pleased my wife and I were and we'll be back one day again!
