Over all it was sadly the future of the hotel industry. Average or worse stay for a ridiculous price. Location was good and the city is doing well with improvements. Beautiful bays of Lake Michigan close to anywhere in this city. Great trail system and just going to get better. Many interesting things to do if so inclined. Overall a good time. We are not picky about our accommodations except for a good bed to get sleep for the next day. The room we had was loud as far as the air conditioning unit was concerned and the outside noise was not welcomed. $250 a night? This was low compared to others.

My stay was great! Miss Danielle Fustini made my stay a memorable stay, she assisted me when I locked my keys in the room and gave me needed info on the area. She greeted me each morning when I came down for breakfast.
